SAUCEPAN COOKIES

In a large pan, melt: 1 cup sugar 1 cup corn syrup

Add 1 cup peanut butter and stir until melted.

Slowly add 6 cups Special K cereal and stir well until coated. Pressed into a buttered cookie sheet.

Melt 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips and 6 oz butterscotch chips. Spread while still warm over cooled cereal mixture. Allow topping to set before cutting.
