30 vanilla wafers
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup evaporated milk
1/8 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
2/3 cup chopped nuts, toasted
8 maraschino cherries

Line a 9 inch pie pan with wafers. Make a sauce by heating together chips, marshmallows and evaporated milk together until smooth. Stir in salt. Scoop about one-third of the ice cream into the pie plate, drizzle about one-third sauce on the ice cream. Repeat layer. Top with nuts and cherries. Cover with plastic wrap and then foil.
