KABOB MARINADE

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1 cup rose wine
1/2 cup orange juice and chopped onion
1/4 cup chili sauce and salad oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp pepper

Mix ingredients. Marinate chicken or beef overnight in refrigerator. Place meat on skewers alternately with favorite choice. Do not overcrowd skewers. Grill.
