CHOCOLATE SAUCE

1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup corn syrup
10 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Bring heavy cream and corn syrup to a simmer in a medium saucepan. Remove form heat. Add chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth. Cool.
