*PORK CHOP BAKE*

4 pork chops
4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 envelope onion-mushroom or beef flavored mushroom soup mix
1 1/2 cups water

Preheat oven to 350. In a skillet, brown chops; drain. In a greased casserole dish, arrange potatoes and then chops. Add soup mix thoroughly blended with water. Bake, covered, 1 hour or until potatoes and chops are tender
