BOMB DIGGITY CHICKEN

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3/4 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 C ranch dressing
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 oz bacon bits

Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heats. Add chicken breasts, and saute 4 minutes on each side, until browned.

Place browned chicken breasts in a 9x9 inch baking dish. Brush on teriyaki sauce, then spoon on salad dressing. Spread drained mushrooms over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese, green onions and bacon bits. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until juices run clear.
