TENDERLOIN

4 lb beef tenderloin
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tbsp garlic puree
Salt & Pepper

Clean tenderloin and cut into 8 (8 oz) pieces. Combine olive oil, garlic puree salt & pepper and rub over tenderloin. Grill tenderloin to desired doneness. NOTE: Good with bearnaise sauce.
