4 tbsp olive oil, divided
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 (8 oz) pkg finely shredded Italian with mozzarella, parmesan and smoked provolone cheese
1 lb pizza dough
1 (16 oz) jar marinara sauce

Preheat oven to 400. Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in large skillet over medium high. Add onions and cook until soft. Add mushrooms, and cook until moisture has evaporated. Stir in garlic, sausage and pepper: saute until sausage is cooked through. Place in bowl to cool. Add cheese and mix well.

Divide dough into 4 equal pieces and roll into 8 inch circles. Divide filling and place in center of each circle. Fold in half and crimp edges to seal. Brush with remaining oil and cut a slit in top of each. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until browned. Heat sauce and serve on side. Serves 4
