CREOLE TARTAR SAUCE

1 egg
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp fresh Lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped green onion
1 cup of olive oil
1 tbsp of Creole mustard
Put the egg, garlic, lemon juice, parsley & green onions in a food processor & puree for 15 sec. While processor running add in the olive oil slowly, steady stream, until complete mixture should be smooth & thick. Add the mustard & pulse once or twice to blend. Cover & let sit at least 1 hour in refrigerator before using.
