MARINADE SUTEU

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

1 cup salad oil, dry red wine
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 tbsp soy sauce

Combine ingredients and marinade with favorite steak at least 4 hours or overnight. Broil or grill to desired doneness. Baste frequently with extra marinade.
