STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE II

6 oz container strawberry cream cheese
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
3 3/4 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
1/4 cup cold milk
9 inch pie shell, baked and cooled
Topping (see below)
Whipped topping
Sliced strawberries

Cream together first 2 ingredients. Add milk and pudding; mix together until smooth, about 2 minutes, and pour into shell. Add topping.

Topping: Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 1/4 cup sugar in saucepan. Gradually add 1 cup cold water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. After mixture thickens and becomes clear, stir in 1 tsp strawberry-flavored gelatin. Cool and then mix with 2 heaping cups sliced strawberries and pour over pie.

Chill pie overnight. Serve with whipped topping and sliced strawberries.
