2 lbs cream cheese, room temperature
1 lb cheddar cheese, room temperature
8 oz Penn Pilsner
1/4 tsp salt and white pepper
1/3 tsp horseradish and minced garlic
Beat cheeses until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate and serve chilled. Serve with wheat crackers.
