PINK VALENTINE FROSTING

1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract or other flavoring
1 tbsp water
2 drops red food coloring

Blend ingredients and adding enough water to blend and mix well.

NOTE: Use to frost Valentine Sandwich Cookies.
