PARMESAN CHICKEN AND RICE IN MUSHROOM WINE SAUCE (Crock pot)

1 pkg onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushrooms soup
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup white wine
1 cup uncooked converted white rice
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Lay breasts in crock pot. Place 1 tbsp butter on each breast. Pour mixture over chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or on HIGH for 4-6 hours. Serves 6
