TOMATO BACON POMODORO

1 pkg frozen ravioli or tortellini, any flavor
1 tbsp olive oil
8 oz finely diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp basil and oregano
5 tbsp tomato paste
2/3 cup chicken broth
1/2 tbsp parsley

Cook pasta as directed. While pasta is cooking, place oil and bacon in a pan and heat until bacon is brown. Add onion and garlic and cook until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over pasta. Serves 4
