CASINO CHILI

1/2 lb ground beef
3/4 cup finely diced onion and celery
1 1/2 tbsp chili powder, or to taste
1/2 tbsp ground cumin, or to taste
2 (14 1/2 oz) cans stewed tomatoes
3 (15 oz) cans chili without beans
2 (15 1/2 oz) cans red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Garnish: Shredded cheese, diced onion, sour cream hot sauce

Brown meat and vegetables in a Dutch oven, about necessary. Drain, if necessary. Add seasonings, tomatoes and chili. Cook 4 minutes, stirring well to mix. Add beans and cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. Top servings with desired garnishes. Makes 1 gallon
