CHEESE FREEZE

Crust
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup sugar
Filling
1 lb cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
Topping
1 ping sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350. Combine crust ingredients and press into a greased 8-9 inch square pan. Combine filling ingredients and blend until thoroughly mixed. Pour into the crust and bake for 35 minutes. Remove from pan and cool for 10 minutes.
Mix ingredient for topping and pour over the cooled pie and bake an additional 10 minutes.
