SAUSAGE STUFFED JALAPENOS

1 lb bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
22 large jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded.
Ranch salad dressing for dipping

In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and parmesan cheese; fold in sausage. Spoon about 1 tbsp of mixture into each jalapeno half. Place in two ungreased 13x9 inch baking pans. Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 15-20 minutes or until filling is light browned and bubbly. Serve with ranch dressing. Makes 44 appetizers.
