RED PEPPER AND HAM ROLL-UPS

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese softened
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
⅓ cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1/4 cup pitted olives, chopped
1/4 cup roasted red bell pepper from a jar, patted dry and chopped
8 (1/8 inch thick) slices ham
54 pitted kalamata olives

Beat cream cheese until creamy; stir in garlic and next 4 ingredients. Spread about 2 tbsp mixture over each ham slice. Roll up, jellyroll fashion, starting with the long side. Place roll-ups, seam side down, on a baking sheet. Cover and freeze 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, place olives on small wooden picks. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll-up into 1 inch pieces; secure each with 1 olive pick. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen.
