GERMAN NOODLES

1 lb mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp butter
Parsley
8 oz cooked noodles, drained
2 tbsp butter fine bread crumbs

Saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Arrange noodles and mushrooms in layers in a greased casserole. Top with butter crumbs and brown at 375 for about 10 minutes.
