PROSCIUTTO AND PARMESAN PINWHEELS

1 pkg frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
4 tsp Dijon mustard
5 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Roll pastry out onto a floured surface. Cover with a layer of mustard, then prosciutto, and then cheese. Roll up, beginning at the long side. Cut into 1 inch thick sections. Arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
