NEAPOLITAN PASTA SHELLS

2 tbsp vegetable oil plus 1 tbsp
1 clove garlic, minced
2 medium zucchini, sliced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
2 lbs chicken breast, diced and seasoned with salt and pepper
1 tsp oregano and basil, divided
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups Prego Three Cheese Italian Sauce
4 cups hot cooked medium shell-shaped pasta
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet and cook chicken with garlic and seasonings. Cook until chicken is brown. Set aside.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in saucepan. Add garlic, zucchini, mushrooms, onion and pepper and cook until tender-crisp. Stir in chicken, pasta sauce and pasta. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot.
