Shelly's Recipe

STEAK MARINARA

2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 lb top sirloin steak, sliced
2 cups chunky pasta sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup dry red wine

Heat oil in skillet. Add onions and saute 5 minutes or until tender. Add the steak strips and cook 10 minutes, turning so all sides get browned. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes or until steak is cooked through. Serves 4
