MEDITERRANEAN ORZO SALAD

Salad
1 cup orzo pasta, cooked according to pkg directions, omitting salt
1 (2 1/4 oz) can sliced ripe olives, rinsed and drained
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Dressing
1 (1 oz) pkg Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
1/2 tsp dried basil
3 tbsp olive oil and red wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar

Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Mix with remaining salad ingredients. Whisk together dressing ingredients and stir into orzo mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish is parsley, if desired. Serves 4-6
