EASY SEAFOOD LASAGNA

1 large onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
Dash pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk and dry white wine
8 oz crab meat
8 oz shrimp peeled and deveined
8 oz scallops
1/4 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
8 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Saute the onion in butter until tender and place in a bowl. Add next 6 ingredients; mix well.
Combine soup, milk and wine in a bowl; mix well. Stir in seafood and cheese.
Layer the noodles, cream cheese mixture and seafood mixture 1/2 at a time. Bake at 325 for 1 1/4 hours. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving. Serves 6-8
NOTE: Can assemble the day before serving and store, covered, in the refrigerator. Bake just before serving.
