CAJUN-STYLE BAKED BEANS

3 (15 oz) cans pork 'n' beans
1 lb bacon, cooked and diced
1 cup barbeque sauce
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped onions, green bell pepper and celery
1/2 bulb garlic, minced
3 tbsp prepared spicy mustard
2 tbsp hot sauce, more or less, to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Drain as much excess fluid as possible from the beans.

In a 13x9 inch baking dish, combine drained beans with remaining ingredients except for bacon. Bake for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until heated through.

Let set for about 30 minutes before serving to allow thickening.
