CAULIFLOWER AND PEA SALAD

1 (10 oz) pkg frozen baby peas, thawed
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
1 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup cashews, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

Mix all together and chill at least two hours before serving. Serves 6
