1/2 of an (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8-1/4 tsp red pepper
1 (10 oz) pkg chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper and sliced green onions 1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, rinsed, drained and chopped
6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained and crumbled
10 (7- or 8-inch) flour tortilla shells

In a mixing bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Spread mixture on each tortilla to within 1/2 inches of the edges. Roll up the tortillas. Cover and chill the assembled tortillas for 2-24 hours. To serve, cut each tortilla roll in half. Arrange on a serving platter.
