4 cups tamari or soy sauce
1 cup lime juice, about 12 limes
1/2 cup toasted sesame oil
4 tbsp grated fresh ginger

In a clean 2 quart jar, mix ingredients. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.

NOTE: Good with seafood, poultry or steamed vegetables. Marinade poultry at least 30 minutes before grilling.
