BBQ SHRIMP

1/2 lb unsalted butter
24 large shrimp, shells removed and deveined
3 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh garlic and chopped fresh rosemary
1 whole lemon
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 oz beer
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
In a hot skillet, melt 1/8 lb butter and 1 tsp black pepper and cook for 10 seconds. Add shrimp, toss and cook for 1 minute. Add garlic and rosemary; toss and cook for 1 minute. Add Worcestershire sauce and squeeze lemon over shrimp; cook for 1 minute. Add beer and toss, cooking until the beer boil. Add remaining butter and parsley until butter emulsifies. Serves 2
