3 cups apple cider
3/4 cup Calvados (apple brandy)
1/8 tsp Angostura bitters
1 (25.4 oz) bottle sparkling apple juice
Ice
8 slices unpeeled Rome apple (optional)
8 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks (optional)
Combine first 4 ingredients in a pitcher. Serve over ice. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks, if desired. Serves 8
