POPPY SEED DRESSING - Neiman Marcus

Category: Salad Dressing

1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp dry mustard and Salt and pepper, to taste
2/3 cup vinegar
3 tbsp onion juice
2 cups vegetable oil
3 tbsp poppy seeds

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Add onion juice and stir in. Add oil slowly, beating constantly, and continue to beat until thick. Whisk in poppy seeds and beat for a few minutes and serve.
