GERMAN BAKED PORK CHOPS

6 pork chops
1 tsp caraway seeds, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup dry white wine
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp hangarian paprika
Pepper, to taste
1 cup sour cream

Place chops in a casserole. Mix the remaining ingredients except the sour cream, and pour over chops. Marinade the chops for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Bake, uncovered, in the marinade at 325 for 1 hour or until tender. Add more wine, if necessary. Stir sour cream into pan juices and heat through but do not allow to boil. Serve chops with sour-cream gravy and buttered noodles or dumplings.
