1 box saltine crackers
1 cup brown sugar and butter
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg colored mini-marshmallows

Line cookie sheet with foil and then butter it. Place a single layer of crackers; salted side up; on cookie sheet. In a pot, bring brown sugar and butter to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes; stirring constantly; then remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Pour mixture over crackers; sprinkle with 3/4 marshmallow package; and bake at 350 for 5-6 minutes; or until bubbling. Remove from the over and cover with chocolate chips and remaining marshmallows. Let stand until chips are melted. Spread the chocolate marshmallow around to cover crackers. Chill until firm; then break into bite-sized pieces.
