WHISKEY MARINATED TENDERLOINS

1/4 cup bourbon
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp ground cumin
3 garlic cloves, minced
10 (4 oz) beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed (1 1/4 inches thick)
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Cooking spray
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large zip top plastic bag. Add beef to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Remove beef from bag; discard marinade. Sprinkle beef evenly with salt and pepper. Heat a large cast iron grill pan over medium high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add beef to pan; cook 4 minutes on side or until desired degree of doneness. Serves 10
