MEATBALLS IN BEER

2 lbs beef, pork, or veal to make meatballs
1 large bottle of ketchup
1 bottle or can of beer, any kind
2 3 tbsp sweet India relish

Make your meatballs any way you usually do. Cook them (fry or bake) and drain. Combine ketchup, beer and relish in a crock pot. Place cooked meatballs in crock pot. Set on low simmer for a few hours.
