1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 medium-size ripe banana
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
3/4 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp ground mace
3/4 cup olive oil
12 cups bite-size pieces assorted salad greens

Place first 6 ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Add oil in a thin stream and continue processing until dressing is smooth and creamy. Place salad greens in a large bowl and pour dressing over. Toss gently.
