1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1-2 tbsp red wine vinegar and sugar
6-8 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1-2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dry basil and oregano, or to taste
1-4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp paprika and celery seed
Whisk together to blend. Chill before serving. Shake when ready to serve.
