Shelly's Recipe

*ONION ROASTED POTATOES*

1 envelope onion soup mix
2 lbs potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 450. Spray pan with cooking spray. In a large plastic bag, add ingredients and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes in a shallow baking pan; discard bag. Bake, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
