6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup grated cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
Pepper
Boil potatoes until tender. Place in bottom of a baking dish. Pour dressing over and sprinkle with pepper. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 6-8
