WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING

2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Whip cream until frothy and add the sugar slowly. Beat until stiff and use immediately to frost the sides and top of a 2-layer cake.

Variation: Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting: Add 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa.
