SALSA BURGERS

2 lbs ground beef
1/3 cup picante sauce
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp pepper

Combine ingredients and form into 6-8 patties. Refrigerate until firm. Broil, grill or baked to desired doneness.
