1 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Combine ingredients; mix well. Brush ribs with a coating of glaze and place on grill. Continue basting when turning ribs. Enough for 2 racks. NOTE: Good on chicken wings also.
