1 (8 oz) pkg thin spaghetti, cooked al dente
1 1/4 cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper and mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp butter
5 1/2 cups cooked boneless, skinless chicken or turkey, diced
4 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
Bread crumbs, melted butter and grated parmesan cheese mixed together.

While pasta is cooking, sauce vegetables in butter. Mix in remaining ingredients and add drained pasta. Spread into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
