*FOUR LAYER PISTACHIO DESSERT*

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Mix together and pat into a 13x9 inch baking pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

Mix together 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened, 1 cup confectioners sugar and 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over crust and chill.

Mix together:
2 pkg pistachio pudding
3 cups milk

Pour over the cream cheese mixture and chill at least 1 hour before serving. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
