SPICY HOT WINGS

5 lbs chicken wings, sectioned
1/2 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar and honey
2 tbsp plus 1 tsp celery seed, divided
2 tbsp lemon juice
2/3 cup flour
1 tsp salt, paprika and cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Oil for deep frying

In a saucepan, bring butter and next 5 ingredients, 2 tbsp celery seed and lemon juice to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until reduced by half-and-half.

Meanwhile, in a large resealable bag, combine flour, remaining celery seed and seasonings. Add wings, a few at a time, and shake to coat.

In a deep fryer, heat oil to 375. Fry wings, a few at a time, for 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Place in a large and add sauce and toss to coat.
