CREAMY LOBSTER WITH ANGEL HAIR PASTA

2 (8 oz) fresh or thawed lobster tails, cooked and cut meat into bite-sized pieces for 1 lb medium sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions, omitting salt
3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup dry white wine
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika

While lobster and pasta are cooking, Combine mushrooms and next 3 ingredients in a large skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, until liquid is absorbed. Add butter, stirring to melt. Add flour, cook, stirring constantly for 1 minutes. Gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and begins to boil. Stir in lobster and sour cream, cook an additional minute or until heated through but not boiling. Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Garnish with parsley.
