1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp basil
1/8 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp sherry
1 cup cooked cubed turkey and ham
2 tbsp roasted red peppers or pimientos, chopped
5 black olives, sliced
6 oz spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces, cooked and drained
Topping: 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese and bread crumbs, mixed together

In a medium skillet, saute mushrooms, onions and garlic. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk the soup, seasonings and sherry. Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour into a 2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and topping has browned. Serves 6
