4 1 1/2 inch thick, boneless center cut pork chops
2 cups dry white wine or distilled vinegar
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 tbsp dry ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce and sesame oil
2 clove garlic, minced

Combine ingredients in a resealable bag. Seal and refrigerate 2-24 hours. Remove pork from marinade; discarding marinade. Grill chops, over indirect heat in covered grill, for 12-15 minutes, turning once.
