HASH BROWN BAKE

1 lb frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes
1 lb country sausage
3 cups milk
2 tbsp flour
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
4 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish, set aside. Brown sausage, mix in flour and cook 2 minutes. Add milk and cook 5 min.

Put hash browns potatoes in baking dish. Top with most of the cheese. Sprinkle with chives. Pour the sausage gravy over cheese and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
